Another stress/immune health reminder

With stress affecting 80% of Americans, it can’t be over-stressed enough:  constant stress injures immune function, knocks it off balance, and can lead to serious, chronic health conditions. Anything you can do you to reduce stress or support your immune health during stressful episodes may be beneficial in the long run.

See the vid below. It’s basic and brief, but makes the point: Get control of stress, and reduce your chances to getting sick.
