		<description>I&#039;m glad to read that research backs this up.  I know personally, that what I choose to focus on always seems to impact how I feel.  If I focus on what&#039;s wrong and negative, my day doesn&#039;t go very well.  But when I make the choice to ponder all that I have to be thankful for, it puts things in perspective. And then I find myself smiling ... which is a good thing!
