Immune System – The Movie
I just “discovered” this video animation (after 21,000+ other viewers) that puts an entertaining touch on describing how the immune systems works. The scientific contributors to this blog will probably blanch at its simplicity, but you can’t deny a nifty piece of work when you see it.
Keep in mind this clip does not go into the realm of immune balance, in which all of the killer cells and suppressor cells that charge into action in this video must actually operate in proportionality in order to achieve a healthy immune response and not create an adverse physical condition through over-reaction or under-reaction.
This was done as a science project, according to the YouTube account name that posted it (GarnetVengeance). I hope it got an A.
