The Allergy Foundation of America has published a list of the 10 worst places for fall allergies. You can see the list here on the ABC News Website. While we’re at it, here’s a bit of information about allergies and immune balance.

Good information. I would have guessed that Des Moines would have soared to the top. My eyes have been watering since May!

Well, I went to the Iowa State Fair 3 weeks ago, and I’m still getting hay dust and funnel cake powdered sugar out of my hair. Thanks for the comment.
